Traditional Sweet Dosa
Ingredients:
Maida or Wheat flour -- 1 cup
Rice flour -- 1/2 cup
Jaggery powder. -- 4 tb spoons
Cardamom powder -- 1/4 tsp
Pinch of salt
Water
Oil for frying
Method :
Take a cup of water add jaggery powder and melt with a spoon
Now add wheat flour ,rice flour,salt and cardamom powder
Add sufficient water and mix with out lumps
Batter should be like dosa batter
Heat griddle and make dosa on medium flame
Sprinkle oil and roast both sides

Egg Fry
Ingredients:
eggs -- 4 boil and remove shell ,cut into 4 long pieces
onion --- 1 large, peel,wash and cut into long thin pieces
green chillies --- 4 wash and cut into small pieces
salt to taste , pinch of turmeric powder
garam masala --- 1/2 teaspoon
oil --- 2 table spoons
Seasoning - 1/2 tea spoon cumin seeds , 2 red chillies , curry leaves
METHOD : heat oil in a cooking pan add seasoning , fry for a minute ,add onion ,green chillies ,fry till transparent , add turmeric powder ,salt and garam masala stir well and and egg pieces ,stir once and remove into a serving bowl .don't stir much after adding egg.

Beetroot curry
Ingredients :
beet root --- 1/4 kilo
onion -- 1 green chillies -- 6
salt to taste
oil ---- 2 table spoons
pinch of turmeric powder
seasoning -- 2 red chillies , 1 tea spoon black gram Dal , 1/4 tea spoon cumin seeds , 6 garlic pods , curry leaves
METHOD - peel ,wash and cut beet root into small pieces , cut onion and , green chilly .in a pan heat oil add seasoning and fry for a minute,add onion and green chilly and fry till transparent ,now add beet root ,salt and turmeric, and cook on low flame with the lid on. add a little water and cook till done.

Spicy Maramaralu
Ingredients :maramaralu (puffed rice) - 4 glasses
oil - 1 tea spoon
salt - 1/4 tea spoon
red chilly powder - 1/4 tea spoon
Seasoning ; red chillies -2 , garlic pods - 4 (mash ),curry leaves
METHOD ;heat oil in a pan add seasoning fry for 1 minute add puffed rice ,salt,red chilly powder mix well and fry for 2 minutes on low flame .

Chicken Pulao (andhra style)
Ingredients :
chicken - 1/2 kilo clean and cut into pieces
rice - 1/2 kilo ,wash and drain water
salt to taste
red chilly powder - 3 table spoons
onion - 4 cut into large pieces ( that is one onion cut into 4 pieces )
garam masala powder - 5 table spoons ( you can check my blog for masala powder recipe)
turmaric powder - 2 tea spoons
oil - 6 table spoons
ghee - 2 table spoons
ginger garlic paste - 3 table spoon
water- 2 litres
Seasoning : red chillies - 6, cumin seeds 2 tea spoons ,bay leaf -6 ,curry leaves
METHOD : in a pressure cooker take chicken and add 1 table spoon ginger garlic paste ,salt , 1 table spoon red chilly powder , 1 tea spoon turmeric powder , 2 table spoons oil ,mix well and pressure cook till one whistle on low flame .keep aside. in large pan or cooker heat remaining oil and ghee add onion pieces and fry for 3 minutes on low flame now add seasoning and fry for 2 minutes , add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes on low flame and now add cooked chicken and fry for 5 minutes on high flame now add rice ,salt , red chilly powder,garam masala powder, turmeric powder and fry for 5 minutes on low flame , now add water and mix well and cook on low flame with the lid on till done .

Chepalu Pulusu
Ingredients :
fish - kilo ,clean and cut
onion - 3 (ground into paste )
tamarind paste - 4 table spoons
salt to taste
red chilly powder -2 table spoons
masala powder - 2 tea spoons ( mixed powder of cardamom ,cloves and cinnamon)
turmeric powder - 2 tea spoons
oil - 6 table spoons
Seasoning - 2 red chillies , 1 tea spoon cumin seeds , 1 tea spoon fenu greek seeds, 1 tea spoon mustard seeds , curry leaves ,coriander leaves .
cook this in a flat pan ,for extra taste you can add raw mango pieces.
METHOD : apply 2 table spoons of salt and 1 table spoon of turmeric powder to fish pieces before cleaning ,keep aside for 2 minutes and wash ,this is to remove bad smell of fish . in cooking pan heat oil add seasoning , fry for 1 minute add onion paste ,fry on low flame for 5 minutes ,add salt ,red chilly powder ,turmeric powder , fry for 2 more minutes add fish pieces and fry for 2 minutes add tamarind paste , masala powder and 4 glasses of water and cook for 15 minute on low flame.while stirring take care not break fish pieces. it would be better use flat spoon .

Semya Pudding
Ingredients :
semya ( vermicelli ) - 4 table spoons
milk - 1/2 litre
sugar to taste
custard powder(vanilla) - 1 table spoon
cardamom powder - 1 tea spoon
1 tea spoon ghee
METHOD :heat ghee and roast semya add milk and cook till semya is cooked add sugar,in 1/2 cup water add custard powder and make a paste , now add this to cooked semya and stir well and cook for 2 more minutes and finally add cardamom powder .turn off fire and let it cool and refrigerate. serve chilled.

Chocolate pudding
Ingredients - milk - 1/2 litre
corn flour - 1 cup
dark chocolate slab - 180 grams
sugar - 1 cup
vanilla essence - 1 table spoon
METHOD : in a thick bottom pan add milk and let it boil. while milk start boiling add sugar and let the sugar dissolve .in 1/2 cup of water mix corn flour and make a paste,and add this to boiling milk and add chocolate slab and vanilla essence ,cook on low flame only,keep stirring and when pudding starts thickening pour into a greased tray and refrigerate.serve cool.
