Semya Pudding

Ingredients :
                   semya ( vermicelli ) - 4 table spoons
                   milk - 1/2  litre
                  sugar to taste
                  custard powder(vanilla) - 1 table spoon
                  cardamom powder - 1 tea spoon
                  1 tea spoon ghee
METHOD :heat ghee and roast semya add milk and cook till semya is cooked add sugar,in 1/2 cup water add custard powder and make a paste , now add this to cooked semya and stir well and cook for 2 more minutes and finally add cardamom powder .turn off fire and let it cool and refrigerate. serve chilled.
