Kodi Gudlu Pulusu

Ingredients : eggs -  4 (boiled)
                     onion -- 2 ,finely chopped
                     tamarind paste  - 1table spoon
                     salt to taste
                     turmeric powder-  1/4 teaspoon
                     cloves - 6 ( powder)
                     red chilly powder - 2 table spoons
                     oil -  3 table spoons
Seasoning : red chilly -1, mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon,fenugreek seeds - 1/2 teaspoon , cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon, garlic pods -4 ,curry leaves

METHOD :  heat oil in a cooking pan add seasoning ,fry for 1 minute add onion fry for 5 minutes on low flame, add turmeric powder , salt, red chilly powder ,cloves powder and mix well and now add eggs ,tamarind paste and one glass of water and cook  till gravy thickens .
