Kaaram Kommulu


Ingredients :
maida -1/2 kilo
salt to taste
oil for deep frying
green chillies - 20 (paste)
ajwain - 4 tea spoons
milk -1/2 cup
METHOD: in a bowl take maida ,add green chilli paste ,salt, ajwain,milk and 4 table spoons of boiling oil and make a dough by adding little water .keep aside for 1/2 hour .heat oil for deep frying ,make large sized balls of dough and roll balls into long ropes with hands and cut the ropes into 2 inch long pieces.deep fry in boiling oil on medium flame till golden brown .
