Tomato Chutney

Ingredients :  tomatoes -1/4 kilo  , clean and cut into small pieces
                      coriander leaves - 1/2 cup(optional) chopped
                      green chillies -- 6 claen and cut
                      tamarind paste - 1 table spoon
                      salt to taste
                      oil - 3 table spoons
                      bengal gram dal --  1 table spoon
                      black gram dal -- 1 table spoon
                      cumin seeds   -  1 table spoon
                      coriander seeds --  1 table spoon
                      garlic pods   - 2
METHOD  : in a pan heat one table spoon oil ,add bengal gram dal ,black gram dal ,cumin seeds , coriander seeds and green chillies and fry for 5 minutes on low flame , remove into a plate and in the same pan  heat 2 table spoons oil and add chopped tomato and fry on low flame till cooked now add coriander leaves and fry for 2 minues and remove from fire and to this add fried dals  ,tamarind paste ,salt and grind in mixie to a smooth paste by adding little water to it.it will go well with idli and dosa
