Ingredients : aratikaya (plantain) - 1
onion -1 , chopped
green chilly - 2 ,sliced
salt to taste
turmeric powder -1/2 teaspoon
milk - 1/2 cup
oil - 2 table spoons
Seasoning - 1 red chilly , 1 tea spoon cumin seeds , 1 table spoon black gram dal , 3 pods garlic , curry leaves
METHOD : peel and cut plantain in to small cubes .heat oil in pan add seasonig ,fry for 2 minutes ,add onion and green chilly fry till transperant, add plantain pieces ,salt and turmeric powder , stir and keep lid and cook for 5 minutes , add 1/2 cup water and cook till done ,add mik and cook till done
