Ingredients : capsicum - - 3 ,cut into pieces
carrot - 1 (optional ) grated
ginger garlic paste - 2 table spoons
rice - 1 glass wash and drain
green chillies -- 6, sliced
cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon
pepper corns - 6
salt to taste
water 2 glasses
garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon
cooriander leaves - optional
oil 3 table spoons
cashew nuts 10 (optional)
METHOD - heat oil in praessure cooker add cumin seeds, pepper corns,cashew nuts fry for 2 minutes ,add green chillies , ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 more minutes ,add capsicum and carrot ,fry for 5 minutes on low flame add rice, salt,garam masala powder and coriander leaves fry for 5 minutes add water and pressure cook till 2 whistles on low flame.
