Karivepaku Rice

Ingredients : rice - 2 glasses ( wash and drain water)
                    currry leaves - 4 cups (grind to paste by adding little water)
                    cumin seeds  -  2 teaspoons
                    pepper corns  -  10
                    green chillies  -  15 ( paste)
                    cashew nuts  --  1/4 cup
                    oil  -- 3 table spoons
                    ghee - 3 table spoons
                    ginger garlic paste -- 1 table spoon
                    salt to taste
                    water - 4 glasses
METHOD :  in pressure cooker heat oil and ghee add pepper corns,cashew nuts , cumin seeds and fry for 2 minutes add ginger garlic paste and green chilli paste and fry for 2 minutes now add curry leaves paste and fry for 2 more minutes add rice and and fry for .2 minutes and add salt and water and prassure cook till 2 whistles o low flame
