Enduroyyalu Koora

Ingredients -
endu royyalu (dried prawns)- 1/2 cup (soak for 1 hour)
onions - 2 large chopped
green chillies -2 cut into pieces
milk - 1/2 cup
salt to taste
turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
4 table spoon of oil
seasoning -- 1 red chilly,1/2 tea spoon cumin seeds , 4 garlic pods mashed, curry leaves,
METHOD -- wash soaked prawns and squeeze water . in cooking pan heat oil add prawns fry for 5 minutes ,add seasoning ,fry, add onion ,chillies ,salt ,turmeric powder,mix well and keep lid on pan,cook on low flame till onions are transparent , add 1 cup water cook till water evaporate finally add milk and cook till done .
