Ingredients :
2 cups of grated coconut
2 tablespoons jaggery powder
1 teaspoon tamarind paste
salt to taste
2 red chillies
2 table spoons coriander seeds
1/2 teaspoon black gram Dal
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 garlic pods
1 tablespoon oil
METHOD : in a pan heat oil ,add red chillies,coriander seeds,cumin seeds,black gram Dal,garlic pods,fry for 2 minutes and turn off fire.let it cool ,add coconut , tamarind paste,salt, jaggery and make a paste in grinder without adding water.
