Carrot Soup

Ingredients :

2 carrots -was peel and cut into pieces

1/2 teaspoon butter or ghee

3 glasses of water

1 tablespoon cornflour

salt to taste

pepper to taste

vinegar -1/2 teaspoon

ajinomoto - 1/4 tea spoon

METHOD : heat butter ,add carrot pieces and fry for 2 minutes ,turn off fire and let cool.grind boiled carrot pieces into paste by adding little water .make a paste of cornflour by adding water and keep aside.in a pan pour remaing water and mix carrot paste and allow to boil ,while boiling add cornflour paste and cook on a low flame for 5 minutes ,add salt ,pepper ,vinegar, ajinomoto stir well and turn off fire .and serve hot.
