Ragi Jawa

Ingredients-

2 glasses of water

4 teaspoons of ragi flour

salt to taste

Method---make paste of ragi flour with cold water, in a pan boil 2 glasses of water ,add ragi flour paste and stir well , cook for for 2 minutes and turn off fire. and have it when it is hot.you can mix milk and sugar to this jawa .or let it cool and add buttermilk and salt , or you can have it with adding just salt.
