Chimmili ( sasame seed laddo)

1/2 cup sesame seeds (nuvvu pappu)

1 cup jaggery grated

in mixer grinder jar put sesame seeds and run till powdered , add jaggery and run the mixer again till both powder and jaggery mix well .remove and make laddoos .this a rich source of calcium , iron ,vitamin E.
