Ingredients
rice flour - 4 cups
ragi flour - 1 cup
salt to taste
1 teaspoon ghee
oil for frying
2 tablespoons sesame seeds (nuvvu pappu)
Method--mix rice flour ,ragiflour ,salt, ghee ,sesame seeds well.In a bowl boil some water and make a dough of rice flour with hot water.Heat oil and make janthikalu.
