Sabudhana Vadiyams

sabudhana  -   1 glass

water    - 5  glasses

green chilly paste -  4 spoons

cumin seed paste  -  1 spoon

salt to taste

method -

cook sabudhana with water

stir continually while cooking

cook till sabudhana is soft

 you can add more water if it is not done

add cumin paste,chilly paste ,salt

put vadiyams on a plastic sheet

sundry for 3 days

store in a airtight container
