Bombay Burfi

bengal gram flour  -  1 glass

rawa  -   1 glass

sugar   -   2 glasses

ghee   -  1 glass

cashew   -    1\4   cup

grated coconut   -   2 table spoons

cardamom   -  5 (powdered)

fry rawa, flour with a little ghee

fry grated coconut and cashew separately in a little ghee

put sugar in a pan along with 1 glass of water

boil till sugar syrup is sticky

add fried  rawa ,  flour  , coconut ,

keep stirring

add ghee 

cook till the paste thickens

add cardamom powder , cashew 

remove fire

pour the cooked sweet in a greased plate

cut into pieces
