Poori Koora

Ingredients :
potatoes - 1/4 kilo
onions - 2 cut into long and thin pieces
green chillies -4 cut into halves
milk -1/4 cup
salt to taste
1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
oil for seasoning - 2 tablespoons
cornflour or gram flour or wheat flour -1 teaspoon
Seasoning : 1 table spoon mustard seeds ,1 tablespoon cumin seeds ,1 table spoon black gram Dal,curry leaves
METHOD:wash potatoes and cook in pressure cooker or microwave till soft ,cool , peel the skin , mash and keep aside.in a pan heat oil add seasoning fry for 2 minutes add onion and green chillies fry till transparent add mashed potato ,salt,turmeric powder and mix well and add 1 cup water and cook for 5 minutes .make a paste of flour with 1/2 cup of water and add to the curry cook for 5 more minutes till gravy thickens .this goes well with chapati or poori.
