bengalgram flour (senaga pindi) - 2 glasses
rice flour - 1 glass
jaggary - 1 glass
oil for deep frying
slat - 1\2 teaspoon
mix both flours , addsalt , 2 table spoons boiled oil , and water
make a dough
fix the janthikalu press and put small portions of the dough into it
press the dough into hot oil
fry and remove
take care not to change into dark colour
boil the jaggary with 1 cup of water
boil till little sticky if you touch the syrup
remove fire
add fryed janthikalu
stir well
pour in a large greased plate
let it dry
