Sev Poori

to prepare papri -

take maida - 1 cup

dalda or ghee - 2 spoons

a pinch of asafoetida

salt to taste

mix all together

make small balls

press and deep fry

you can store them for a week

take 1 potato

boil and mash

add little chat masala

salt , 1\2 spoon chilly powder

mix well

in a plate arrange papris

spread potato paste 

sprinkle chopped onion

add sweet chutney ,and green chutney
