Samosa Ragda

samosa  -  2

green peas   - 1 cup

red chilly powder  - 1 spoon

salt to taste

chat masala powder  -  1\2 spoon

curd  - 2 spoons

chopped tomato - 2 spoons

sweet chutney   - 1 spoon

green chutney -  1 spoon

method  - 

boil and mash green peas

add chat masala powder , salt , chilly powder

in a plate mash samosa

sprinkle green peas mixture

garnish with green chutney , sweet chutney

coriander , tomato and curd
