Dhaniyalu Magaya

raw and sour mango  -  4 kilos

coriander seeds   -  2 glasses

fenugreek seeds    -   1 table spoon

cumin seeds  -    1 tablespoon

red  chilly powder   -  3 glasses

salt to taste

oil 

garlic flakes   -  1 cup

peel and cut raw mango's

sundry for  5- 6 hours

in a dry pan fry fenugreek and cumin seeds and powder

mix all ingredients  to dried mango pieces

mix well and store
