Plain Dosa

black gram dal  - 1  glass

rice  - 2   glasses

fenugreek seeds   -  1 teaspoon

bengalgram flour  -   50 gms

pinch of sugar

salt to taste

soak rice,dal,fenugreek seeds  in the morning

grind to paste in the evening 

keep aside over night

morning before making dosas

to the batter add sugar , salt  ,flour   and 

spread dosas  on a hot pan

if you want more crispy   you can add more 1\2 glass of rice
