Sweet Mango Pickle

raw sweet mango pieces  -  8 kilos

red chilly powder  -   1 glass

salt   - 1     glass

cloves    -  20 

jaggery     -   2 kilos

mix all together

keep aside for 2 days in a glass vessel  or bottle

sun dry for 3- 4 days till the gravy thickens

it will go well with curd rice
