PaniPoori

poori-
rawa --- 1cup
wheat flour---2 tsp
refined flour(maida)------2 tsp
salt to taste
oil for deep frying.
method--
mix wheat flour,maida,2 tsp oil ,salt,with sufficient water to make a dough.
make small pooris,and deep fry.
we can store these for 1 week.
we can use this pooris for dahi poori also.

sweet pani-
1 glass water ,1 spoon tamarind paste,salt,chilly powder 1tsp,sugar 1\2 tsp .
hot pani-
1 glass water,1 spoon green ch illi,coriander,pudina paste,salt .

curry-
boil and mash 1 cup green peas,1 potato.to that add salt,kotmir,chatmasala mix.
arrange pooris in a plate and make holes.
put 1 spoon curry ,2 spoons pani and serve
