Sunni Undalu



black gram Dal --  4 cups

rice        -    1 cup

ghee

fry both rice and Dal  in a dry pan

till golden brown

cool and powder in a mixer

you can store this powder for a long time

take 1 cup of powder

measure sugar with the same cup

powder sugar also

mix sugar powder and dal powder

in a pan take on cup of ghee and boil 

add this hot ghee to powder 

mix well with a spoon when it is hot

make lemon sized balls when it is still little hot
