For vadapappu --
soak green gram ( pesarapappu) for 1/2 hour and drain water.
For panakam-----
take a glass of water , add 3 table spoons of jaggery powder stir till it dissolves , add 1/2 tea spoon pepper powder ,pinch of cardamom powder ,mix well strain .
For chalimidi ------
soak a cup of rice over night , in the morning wash and drain water , spread rice on a newspaper or dry cloth for 5 minutes. powder rice in mixie and sieve .in a plate take 1 tablespoon grated coconut,1 2 tablespoon jaggery powder and mix well till jaggery dissolves ,add rice powder and mix well and make balls.
