Cabbage Tomato Curry

Ingredients--

1/4 kilo---- cabbage (clean and cut )

4--tomatoes(wash and cut into small pieces)

2 green chillies ---clean and cut

1 onion--peel and cut

oil ---------2 table spoons

salt to taste

1/4 cup of milk

pinch of turmeric powder

For seasoning ----

1 red chilly

5 pods of garlic

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

2 teaspoons of black gram Dal

curry leaves

Method---

In a pan heat oil and add seasoning let fry for 2 minutes , add onion ,chillies and fry till onion become transparent . Then add tomatoes cook on low flame until tomatoes are soft,then add cabbage ,salt,turmeric powder and mix well and let it fry for 10 minutes on low flame .now

add milk and 1/2 cup of water cook till water reduces
