Biyyam pindi(Riceflour) Vadiyams

rice flour  -  1 glass

water  - 7 glasses

sabudhana  -  1 cup

ginger paste - 2 spoons

green chilly paste - 1\2 cup

salt to taste

method-

mix 4 glasses of water to rice flour and make paste

keep aside

cook sabudhana with 3 glasses of water in a thick bottomed vessel

when sabudhana is half done add rice flour paste

stir well to avoid lumps 

add salt  cook till sabudhana is done

add ginger paste

put vadiyams on a plastic sheet or wet cloth sundry for 3 days
