Palapuri

milk   --   1 litre

sugar  -   1\4  kilo

flour   -     1\4  kilo

cardamom   -   3

oil      1\2  kilo

pinch of salt

baking powder   -    1\2   teaspoon

sieve flour

add baking powder,salt and sufficient water 

and   make a dough

keep aside for half an hour

boil milk  along with sugar and cardamom powder

boil to a thick consistency

make pooris with dough

fold each poori into half

deep fry

remove and dip in milk for 3 min
